Beets that my husband grew in our veggie garden. They were delicious!
Nature has such gorgeous patterns and colors!
My garden on July 27, 2014.
My garden on August 9, 2014.
We have three bountiful parsley plants.
These tomatoes will be excellent made into tomato sauce.
It’s hard to tell how big this orange cherry tomato plant is but I stuck my shoe in the photo for scale.
See how tall our arugula is?
Lastly, a yummy salad with spinach, arugula, beet leaves, tomatoes and feta.

“I made a promise to not let go
Our tug of war has only made me want you more
Steeped in hard luck and doomed to roam
My love is braver than you know
Jet black starlit midnight rolls
I am down in the garden where I let go.”
Lyrics from Will It Grow by Jakob Dylan from the 2008 album Seeing Things
The last harvest of my hot peppers from my garden. I’ll dehydrate them in my dehydrator and grind them up into powdery pepper to sprinkle on all of my food all year long.
