Tell Him I Said Hello

18 Mar

Screen Shot 2018-03-03 at 8.45.43 AM

Look into his eyes
When you speak my name.
Maybe there’s a spark to start another flame.
Do I love him?
Don’t say yes or no
If he should ask you.
But he won’t I know,
Cause it’s all over and forgotten.
Just tell him I said hello.

Song: Tell Him I Said Hello

And we’re makin’ plans.

“You can do anything you want to do.  What is rare is this actual wanting to do a certain thing:  wanting it so much that you are practically blind to other things, that nothing else will satisfy you…I know I have said a lot when I say, ‘You can do anything you want to do.’  But I mean it…Blunder ahead with your personal view…The real work of art is the result of a magnificent struggle.”

Tell Your Story

“Your possessions tell your story.”

—Pat Cleveland

Some day when I’m gone, my family can come to my house and learn my story from going through my possessions. Even though I have a house and many valued possessions now, a hundred years from now all that will be left of me (my legacy) are stories about me, my posts on the internet, my photography, my art I have drawn, art that’s hanging on my walls now, and some other little things. It depends what my relatives choose to keep.

All that remains from relatives who lived 100 years ago is some journals, letters, and photos. No furniture, no vases, no artwork!

What do you want to be left of you after you pass on?
